Dr. Melissa St. Pierre is a Research Associate in Knowledge Mobilization at the Supply Chain Advancement Network in Health (SCAN Health), where she conducts case study research capturing the impact, value and outcomes achieved by the Network over its four-year mandate. Prior to her current role, Dr. St. Pierre was a Research Associate at the World Health Innovation Network (WIN), where she completed a number of case studies featuring the implementation of medical devices, mobile health applications and new modes of health care delivery, to better understand what promoted and what hindered the transition of innovation from R&D and piloting, to adoption and scaling. During her time at WIN, she also completed case studies documenting new strategies for procuring innovative solutions in public sector organizations. Dr. St. Pierre is a proud alumnus of the University of Windsor’s Department of Psychology, where she received an Outstanding Graduate Student Award for Excellence in Research, Scholarship and Creative Activity, in addition to national as well as international scholarships and grants in recognition of her dissertation work.
