Kathryn Cox is a communications and project management professional with over seven years of experience in sales, marketing and client relations. Kathryn brings her experience and range of skills to her role as Manager of Corporate Affairs at SCAN Health. Prior to this role, Kathryn worked as a Research Analyst at the World Health Innovation Network (WIN), an organization that is also hosted at the University of Windsor’s Odette School of Business and led by Dr. Anne Snowdon. For most of Kathryn’s career, she held sales and advertising positions at Metroland Media Group in the Durham Region.
Kathryn is a graduate of Brock University where she obtained her Bachelor of Public Health. She has completed a certificate in Project Management and obtained her CAPM as she continues to work towards earning her PMP.
Her interest lies in improving population health through preventative measures with an emphasis on community capacity building. This passion has led Kathryn to work with local not-for-profit organizations – Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Alzheimer Society – to improve the quality of life for vulnerable populations.
