Dr. Anne Snowdon receives prestigious appointment to Ontario Research Fund Advisory Board

Toronto, ON (January 9, 2024) – Dr. Anne Snowdon, CEO and Scientific Director of SCAN Health, joins a renowned group of experts in her appointment as a member of the Ontario Research Fund Advisory Board (ORFAB).

Dr. Snowdon is an accomplished researcher, educator and innovator with a track-record of over 150 publications and $25 million in research funding. Her many years of leadership and research excellence will be an asset in her appointment to support the Ontario Research Fund which provides research institutions with funding to support operational costs or infrastructure needs for major projects of strategic value to the province.

The impact of her research on strengthening health system capacity, supply chain resiliency, quality and safety brings significant strength to the Advisory Board.
