Dr. Anne Snowdon presents at HIMSS AsiaPac18 in Brisbane, Australia

Dr. Anne Snowdon, Scientific Director, SCAN Health and Academic Chair, World Health Innovation Network (WIN) will present at the HIMSS AsiaPac18 Conference & Exhibition on November 7 in Brisbane, Australia. The event will gather over 1,500 of the brightest in health and health information technology (IT) across the globe including healthcare providers, C-suite leaders, government officials and solution providers.

Dr. Snowdon’s presentation will examine how supply chain impacts quality and safety in healthcare systems.

“Digitization needs to connect care across a patient’s journey to advance quality and safety across health systems,” says Dr. Snowdon. “The integrated supply chain infrastructure addresses this system level challenge by enabling tracking and traceability across the patient’s journey of care.”

Leading up to HIMSS AsiaPac18, Dr. Snowdon will participate in numerous webinars, conferences and meetings with Australian health system leaders, supply chain experts, policy makers and leading business schools. These critical interactions will build partnerships and exchange knowledge to accelerate the implementation of healthcare supply chain best practices around the world.
