Dialogue Forum II
Overview
SCAN Health was pleased to bring its Community of Practice (CoP) members together to engage, collaborate and discuss supply chain resilience in Canadian health systems at Dialogue Forum II. This event marked a critical milestone for the CoP. In its inaugural year, the CoP established six Workgroups composed of supply chain experts, industry executives, healthcare leaders, clinicians, government officials, and researchers focused on advancing key features of the healthcare supply chain. Citizens supported each Workgroup by providing a lens on diversity, equity and inclusion to ensure strategies and solutions were developed with a person-centred approach. Dialogue Forum II spotlighted the priorities of each Workgroup, explored synergies and areas of collaboration, and delineated the path forward to achieving a digitally enabled, integrated, sustainable, and safe supply chain for health systems.
Key Objectives
Validate and finalize workgroup priorities for solution co-design in year two;
Define outcomes, impact and value of priority solutions co-designed, such as equity, sustainability of workforce & health system performance; and
Examine synergies across workgroups, define strategy for multi-workgroup engagement.
